A mandatory pre-bidder meeting and walk thru will be held on September 17, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (local time) at 4160 Platt, Ann Arbor, MI 48108. The purpose of this meeting is to tour the facility and to answer questions or concerns.
Failure to attend the meeting and sign the ITB sign-in sheet at the pre-bid meeting will automatically disqualify a bidder from submitting a valid bid. The pre-bid meeting is for information only. Any answers furnished will not be official until verified in writing by the Financial Services Area, Procurement Unit. Answers that change or substantially
clarify the bid will be affirmed in writing. Copies will be posted online at the BidNet.com web site.

An agency may not bring more than two persons to the pre-bid meeting. It is strongly suggested that one of the two people in attendance for an agency be the intended primary contact for the agency if the contract is awarded to that agency. Access to 4160 Platt, Ann Arbor, MI 48108 will not be made available at any other time until bid award.
