Description

The City of Ann Arbor is seeking qualified firms to provide technical and administrative expertise to develop a Circular Economy Action Plan for the City of Ann Arbor and to gather input from businesses/institutions to inform the plan. The selected vendor will create a Business/Institutional Engagement Strategy, facilitate meetings with Ann Arbor businesses/institutions, produce a Business/Institutional Engagement Report, and write a comprehensive Circular Economy Action Plan for the City of Ann Arbor. The Circular Economy Action Plan will be developed by synthesizing insights and data from the business/institutional engagement work completed under this contract, as well as insights and data from engagement work with Resident Advisors currently in the process of being completed through a separate contract.

The meeting is not mandatory; however, it is highly recommended that interested offerors attend the meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the project with prospective offerors and to answer any questions concerning RFP 25-23. Any questions and answers furnished in the pre-proposal meeting will not be official until verified in writing through an addendum.
