The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a minimum of two (2) Firms to provide construction materials testing for several road construction, utility construction, and other miscellaneous projects throughout the City of Ann Arbor for the 2026 and 2027 construction seasons. This is intended to be a multiple year agreement. The consultant is expected to maintain the hourly rates for up to two (2) years.
