A mandatory pre-bid conference for this project will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at
10:00 A.M at 5th Floor Conference Room, Larcom City Hall, 301 E. Huron Street, Ann Arbor,
MI 48104. Failure to attend the meeting and sign the ITB No. 4524 sign-in sheet at the prebid
meeting will automatically disqualify a bidder from submitting a valid bid. Any bid
submitted by a party not attending and signing the roster at the pre-bid meeting will not be opened
or considered. Administrative and technical questions regarding this project will be answered at
this time. The pre-bid meeting is for information only. Any answers furnished will not be official
until verified in writing by the Financial Service Area, Procurement Unit. Answers that change or
substantially clarify the bid will be affirmed in an addendum.
