Description

There are three existing spaces in the Highland Township Senior Center to be rehabilitated to provide greater access to programs and services to seniors.
 
 
Space ‘1’: Frame with 3/4” furring, install 3/4” Styrofoam insulation, 1/2” drywall and paint over the three existing concrete walls. Relocate existing electrical, lighting and mechanical as needed. Remove existing carpet and install new commercial grade 24in X 24in, Nylon carpet tiles.
 
Space ‘2’: Remove existing carpet and install new commercial grade 24in X 24in, Nylon carpet tiles.
 
Space ‘A-B’: Remove existing obsolete sink and counter, install a partition wall to create two private spaces for consultation and service delivery. Install new and/or relocate existing electrical, lighting and mechanical as needed. Remove existing carpet and install new commercial grade 24in X 24in, Nylon carpet tiles. Install two new doors to accommodate the two new private spaces.
