Bids should be prepared as simply as possible and provide a straightforward, concise description of the proposed services to satisfy the requirements of the RFB. Attention should be given to accuracy, completeness, and clarity of content. All parts, pages, figures, and tables should be numbered and clearly labeled. Each bid shall be in the form
specified in this RFB.
Sealed bids will be received by the Charter Township of Washington at the office of the Township Clerk, 57900 Van Dyke Rd., Washington Twp., Michigan, 48094 until 10:00 a.m. local time Thursday May 14, 2025. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately following the 10:00 a.m. deadline.
Bids to receive consideration shall be received prior to the specified deadline time. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bids are considered received when in the possession of the Washington Township Clerk’s Office. All bids must be labeled RFB-2025-04 GIS Services. Bids must be sealed when submitted containing seven (7) printed copies and one (1) Flash drive containing all bid submission contents. Bids must be typewritten or printed in ink and legibly prepared. Bids having erasures or corrections thereon may be rejected unless explained or initialed by bidder. Bids must be received at the Township Clerk’s Office by the stated deadline.
