RFP-LC-2010-002 - Community Media Center

Summary of Specifications:
The Charter Twp of Washington is seeking proposals from interested, qualified and experienced contractors to provide a management structure and perform the operations of a Community Media Center (CMC). The CMC will -Operate the public access tv station for the Township and any other community identified by the Twp; -Develop and train residents and students to create, produce and edit community focused media for distribution through public access tv, the internet and other approved methods; -Market the CMC to other entities to reduce the CMC's reliance on cable franchise fees; -Operate the Romeo Film Production Office; and -Provide tech support for web design and administration.
