Description

The Township is seeking sealed bid proposals from qualified banking institutions to provide banking services as described herein. The objective is to identify the banking institution that can provide the most comprehensive services at the most competitive rates.
The intent is to establish a contract for a three-year period, with options for renewal. The Township is proposing a contractual agreement of three (3) years with the option by the Township for three (3), three (3) year renewal clauses which may be used for the following nine (9) years under the same terms and conditions, unless otherwise specified in this bid proposal, thereby providing for twelve (12) years of depository and banking services.

The Charter Township of Redford will be receiving sealed bids at the office of the Township Clerk, 15145 Beech Daly Road, Redford, MI 48239, until 3:00 p.m., local time on January 29, 2026, at which time and place said sealed bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Bid documents will be available beginning Monday January 5, 2026 at the office of the Township Clerk located at 15145 Beech Daly, Redford, MI, 48239 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., online at the Redford Township website “Bid Section”, www.redfordtwp.gov and at www.bidnetdirect.com. Redford Township will not consider or accept a bid received after the date and time specified for submission. No oral, e-mail, telephonic or telegraphic proposals will be considered.
