The Charter Township of Independence- Department of Parks, Recreation & Seniors (PRS) invites qualified contractors to submit sealed proposals for labor and materials for the Bay Court Park- Front Entrance Project at 6970 Andersonville Road – Clarkston, Michigan 48346.
This project will consist of two parts:
Part 1: Remove approximately 9,000 square feet of decorative brick and concrete border at the Bay Court Park entrance and replace it with asphalt.
Part 2: Re-surface approximately another 12,000 square feet of existing park entrance roadway.
Bay Court Park (Parcel #08-32-301-002).

The Request for Proposal (RFP) – Bay Court Park – Front Entrance Project response is due by 2:00PM (EST) on Monday, September 29, 2025. Bids submitted must be sealed.
Late proposals will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the vendor.
The Township reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept and/or reject all Proposals.
Proposals may NOT be modified, withdrawn, or cancelled for sixty (60) days after the date of opening the bid.
