Description

Calhoun County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide roadside mowing services on local and primary roads throughout the County.

The proposed contract term shall be for a period of two (2) years, covering the 2026, 2027 and 2028 mowing seasons, with an option to extend the contract for one (1) additional one-year period for the 2029 mowing season, at the County’s sole discretion.

Proposers shall submit pricing that remains firm and fixed for the entire duration of the contract, including any exercised renewal period. No price adjustments or escalations will be permitted during the contract term.
