The Brownstown Fire Department is inviting quotes from qualified vendors to repair the concrete floor within the apparatus bay at the fire station located at 20385 Gibraltar Rd Brownstown Mi, 48183. Area approximately 36’ x 8’. The scope of the work shall include; remove concrete and spoils and dispose, install base stone, fully compact the area, reinforce with rebar and wire mesh, meet correct pitch and grade, place and finish new concrete, install expansion and contraction joints as necessary and seal and protect concrete for durability and longevity. The vendor is responsible for supplying all materials, labor, equipment, and drop cloths. The vendor shall always ensure a clean work environment and complete a full clean up at the conclusion of the job. The awarded vendor must provide a Certificate of Insurance, and a W-9 form. The Brownstown Fire Department reserves the right to reject any quotes received, as well as to make minor changes or negotiate terms. If the vendor fails to complete the work within the agreed-upon time frame after the quote is accepted, the Brownstown Fire Department reserves the right to accept a quote from another vendor.
