Description

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: The Brownstown Fire Department is seeking to replace the existing ballasted EPDM membrane roof. The current system will be removed and replaced with a new fully adhered EPDM roofing system. Acceptable manufacturers for this project are Elevate or Carlisle. No substitutions will be considered at this time.
Project specifications will be prepared by Detroit Roofing Inspection and can be obtained by contacting Tim Riha at (586) 201-0064 or via email at tim.riha@drisonthenet.com. There is no fee to obtain the specifications.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 20th at 10:00 AM at Brownstown Fire Station 2, located at 32355 West Jefferson Ave., Brownstown Township, MI. The purpose of this meeting is to review the roof replacement project in detail and address any questions related to the scope of work.
