Summary of Specifications:
The Bay County Finance Department is soliciting sealed proposals on behalf of the Buildings & Grounds Division for the installation of a new white .060 Mill TPO roof on the original portion of the Bay County Juvenile Home, located at 520 W. Hampton Road, Essexville, Ml 48732. The current roof is an EPDM ballasted roof membrane. The original built up roof was removed before the current ballasted roof was installed in 1987. The roof structure is made up of concrete flexi-core panels. The area is approximately 10,000 square feet.
