The Regional Transit Authority of Southeast Michigan (RTA) and the Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (TheRide) have developed a joint proposal for a new express bus service between Detroit and Ann Arbor. We are calling this proposed service Detroit-to-Ann Arbor, or D2A2.
It is important to note that award and execution of a contact is contingent upon approval of funding that, to date, has not yet been approved.
