Summary of Specifications:
AAATA is looking for an HVAC Mechanical Contractor who has a minimum of five (5) years contract experience and who has sufficient permanent staff to provide preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as the needs of AAATA dictate. The Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all labor, tools, and services required by the Manager of Maintenance or his/her designate to complete the service and emergency work as needed and subject to the conditions of the specifications as given to the contractor.
