The Town of West Springfield, through its Central Maintenance Department, is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to supply and install approximately 628 feet of 48 inch chain link fencing for Tatham Elementary School. All quotes for this project are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M, inclusive as amended. Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industries under the provision of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27H, as amended, apply to this project.
