Town of Hull, MA invites bidders to submit sealed bids for the Hull Wastewater Treatment Facility Control Building Upgrades & HVAC System Replacement Project, which includes, but is not limited to, replacement of selective demolition to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as walls and other architectural and structural elements to facilitate the new work. New HVAC systems include a gas fired boiler plant, hot water piping system, a roof mounted air handler, indoor air handlers, exhaust fans, associated ductwork distribution systems, VRF heat pump systems, and associated local HVAC controls. New Electrical systems include upgrades to provide power and lighting to the new office areas, HVAC equipment, and hazardous gas detection systems. New plumbing systems include improvements related to the new office space, boiler room, and HVAC equipment. A new natural gas service will be provided. The work shall be completed within 360 days from the commencement of Contract Time.
