Description

Periodically, the Town of Hull, Massachusetts acting through the Sewer Department (herein referred to as the Owner) has the need to rent construction equipment for short-term maintenance, long term infrastructure projects, and/or repair work to its infrastructure (the “Work”). At times this maintenance and repair work occurs under emergency circumstances that requires an emergency response. This contract may also be used by other Town departments.
