The work to be done under this contract shall be in accordance with these specifications and referenced standards and includes roadway and sidewalk rehabilitation along select roadways town-wide, including pavement milling and hot mix asphalt overlay, hot mix asphalt overlay without milling, full-depth reclamation, full-depth patching, installing hot mix asphalt curb, reconstructing hot mix asphalt and cement concrete sidewalks, constructing driveway aprons, minor drainage and sanitary sewer structure alterations, including adjusting drainage and sanitary structures, replacing or installing new catch basins and manholes as directed, loam and seed, pavement markings, safety controls and signage for construction operations, and all other incidental items. All work shall be performed in accordance with these specifications and completed within the identified bid items.
