The City of Gloucester hereby solicits sealed bids from responsive and responsible vendors to provide Installation of a Wheelchair Platform Lift at the Beeman Elementary School in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws, chapter 149. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Materials (Payment) Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid price.
