The Saint Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office is requesting sealed bids for Inmate Uniforms & Supplies. Bid contract is for one (1) year from the date of award.
Orders will be made on an "as needed" basis for the duration of the contract. NO MINIMUM order specifications will be accepted for this bid. The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office intends to purchase one (1) or more of these items during the contract term.
Sealed Bids are to be received by the St Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office Purchasing Department no later than 11:30a.m. (CST), on September 19, 2025. No Bids will be received after 11:30 am on September 19, 2025.

Bidders are responsible to ensure bid is received by the Purchasing Department no later than the above stated date and time. No late bids will be accepted.
Bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible vendor(s) submitting the lowest cost meeting the required specifications. Bid prices shall include delivery of items.
All items substituted must meet or exceed the published specifications of the specified item(s) listed below. All such substituted item(s) must be accompanied with full detailed specification sheets. FAILURE to furnish required data may be considered as cause for REJECTION OF BID.
On average, the St. Tammany Parish Jail houses approximately 900-1000 Inmates daily.
Bids must include the following items:
* Certificate of Insurance
* Signature sheet signed by an authorized representative - if submitting a paper bid (signature must beoriginal and in ink. No photo copies or pencil signatures will be accepted) (electronic bids may include a secure digital signature)
* W9
* Vendor Information Form
* Specification Sheets if product being bid on is different than items being requested.
*Corporate Resolution or written evidence of the authority of the person signing the bid
Failure to submit requested information will result in the Rejection of the Bid for being non responsive.

Failure to have this information on your bid envelope will be cause for rejection for being non-responsive.
- Orders shall be received within 10 business days from date of order, or with approved extension by STPSO.
- Awarded products not delivered for two (2) consecutive weeks will be forfieited and award given to the next lowest bidder.
