The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office is requesting sealed bids for Duty Belts & Accessories. Bid contract is for one (1) year from
the date of award, with the option for two (2) annual renewals.
STPSO intends to purchase fifteen (15) or more of the items listed on this bid within the duration of the contract; however, NO MINIMUM orders will be accepted. Orders will be made on an "as needed" basis for the duration of
the contract
Bid will be awarded by Line Item to the lowest responsive, responsible vendor(s) submitting the lowest cost meeting the required specifications. Vendor does not have to bid on each item to
qualify.
Vendor must offer a Duty Belt Replacement Program. The Replacement Program MUST offer for belts on original buckle to be replaced for any reason; size, color, wear & tear, etc. The cost of this replacement belt shall not exceed $75 per belt.
Documentation and specifics for the Replacement Program must be submitted with the bid.
BIDS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

Failure to submit requested information will result in the Rejection of the Bid for being non-responsive.

Failure to have this information on your bid envelope will be cause for rejection for being non-responsive.
Bidders must meet all bid requirements to be considered.
- Orders shall be received within 10 business days from date of order, or with approved extension by STPSO.
- Awarded products not delivered for two (2) consecutive weeks will be forfieited and award given to the next lowest bidder.
Vendors electing to claim Louisiana preference, as defined by LA RS38:2251, et. seq., must complete the attached Louisiana Preference Claim
Form and present it as part of the bid proposal.
By signing and submitting bid, vendor certifies that this is the lowest bid prices for quality products. In the event of a tie bid, vendors will be asked to submit a best and final offer.
Sealed Bids are to be received by the St Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office Purchasing Department no later than 11:30 a.m. (CST), on SEPTEMBER 26, 2025. NO BIDS will be received after 11:30 a.m. on SEPTEMBER 26, 2025.

Bidders are responsible to ensure bid is received by the Purchasing Department no later than the above stated date and time. No late bids will be accepted.
Purchase orders will be issued as required by the ST. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office and the Vendor's Only authority to ship.
ST. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office is Tax Exempt from Sales Tax.

similar data to support that the product meets or exceeds product requested specifications. Failure to furnish required data MAY BE CONSIDERED AS CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF BID.
St Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office shall have the right to reject any or all Bids for just cause in keeping with La. R.S. 38:2214B.
