2025-12 - RFQ for Architectural Services

Audubon Commission in conjunction with the Audubon Nature Institute is accepting Request for Qualifications for Architectural Services to create a pool
of up to six (6) Architecture Firms who will design and implement approximately $109 million dollars of projects over a five year period (2026-2030) for exhibits and facility improvements for Audubon Zoo, Audubon Aquarium & Insectarium, and all facilities and Parks under the supervision of Audubon Nature Institute in conjunction with the Audubon Commission. The intent is to select a pair of firms for aquarium design, a pair of firms for zoo design , and a pair of firms for new construction /renovations which may be of historical character. These professionals will work hand-in-hand with the
Audubon Construction & Exhibits Department and Audubon Executive Staff.
