Description

Pest control services will include, but are not limited to, the extermination of common household insects and/or removal of rodents that pose health hazards to individuals and families. These services will also include those required to eliminate termite infestation and any follow up inspections/treatments. Odorless, non-toxic, and non-injurious treatments will be used, whenever possible. When other methods are utilized, safe work practices will be followed. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to inform those residing in the home about any precautions to be taken.
