The Village is seeking proposals from qualified planning and urban design firms to prepare four Sub-Area plans for the following:
Sub-Area 1 - Old Orland Historic District
Sub-Area 2 - Gateway to LaGrange District
Sub-Area 3 - I-80 Employment Corridor
Sub-Area 4 - Harlem Avenue Corridor
As part of a broader effort to update its Comprehensive Plan, the Village intends to incorporate these Sub-Area plans into the updated Comprehensive Plan document. The term of the contract will be 1 year commencing on the date of contract signing.
