Description

The Village of Orland Park is requesting bids for Aquatic Weed Control and Aerator Maintenance for 2026-2028 with the option to extend the contract at the Village's discretion for an additional two (2) years until 2030. The work shall consist of water quality inspections and aquatic weed and algae control at designated Village stormwater basins (Scheduled Basins) as well as the maintenance and winter storage of Village-owned aerators (aeration units). There are currently forty-two (42) Scheduled Basins and five (5) aeration units that require regular maintenance. The inspection/treatment season generally begins April 1st and ends October 31st, unless otherwise determined by the Utilities Construction Project Technician.
