A mandatory pre-submission conference will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at the Oak Lawn Village Hall. At this conference, Proposers will have the opportunity to ask questions or seek clarification with respect to any of the information set forth in this Request for Proposal. This pre-submission conference is mandatory, and any company not represented will not be allowed to submit a Proposal in response to this RFP. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to the Point of Contact (see Paragraph E (8)) by mail or by email. The deadline for submitting questions is 2:00 pm, Tuesday, June 9, 2025. The Village will issue a written response to questions received to all companies present at the mandatory pre-submission conference.
