INTRODUCTION
The County of Peoria is currently accepting proposals from qualified vendors for Janitorial Services RFP 05-03-25.

MANDATORY PRE- BID MEETING
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the Peoria County Sheriff’s Office, 301 N. Maxwell Rd., Peoria, IL 61604.
All prospective bidders must attend. The meeting will include a tour of all facilities listed in the RFP. Please allow sufficient time to complete the tours. The purpose of this meeting is to provide potential service providers with the opportunity to view the locations and to gain a clear understanding of the requirements for each site.
