Description

The County of Kane is accepting competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced flooring and carpeting vendors for the supply and installation of flooring materials across various county facilities. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for providing highquality flooring products and professional installation services as per the specifications outlined in this solicitation. This is an all-inclusive project per the specifications of the Kane County Building Management Department. This is a Prevailing Wage Rate project and requires compliance with the Kane County Responsible Bidder Ordinance for public work.

The Project consists of a complete professional installation and supply of flooringmaterials, including but not limited to carpets, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, epoxy, and tiles, along with specifications, pricing, and warranty information. This is an all-inclusive bid.
