The City of Peoria requests bids to deliver, supply and plant tree stock of specified sizes and form for street tree and public spaces for the spring and fall of 2025, 2026 and 2027. Bidding Contractors are required to provide unit pricing for tree delivery, tree stock, bulk topsoil, hardwood mulch, planting and all services, materials, and expenses related to the Project.

Additional Bidding Instructions

There are two (2) options for RFP submittal.

1) Hardcopy Option - Sealed bids – one (1) original and three (3) copies – will be acceptedby the City of Peoria at the Peoria City Hall – Purchasing Division: 419 Fulton St. RM 108, Peoria, IL 61602, until 2:00 p.m. on May 8, 2025. Bids shall be mailed/dropped off in a sealed envelope or package with the bid title and bid number marked on the outside. Please include your company name and return address on the outside of the envelope.

2) Electronic Option - Bids can also be submitted electronically through BidNet. Only onecopy is needed. Please see Electronic Bid Submission Guidelines attached separately for additional information and instructions.

Bids received after the stated date and time will not be considered. Faxed bids will not beaccepted. Bids will be opened and publicly recorded immediately following the closing time set for the receipt of bids.
