RFP SUBMISSION INFORMATION - There are two (2) options for RFP submittal:
1) Hardcopy Option - Sealed bids – one (1) original and three (3) copies – will be acceptedby the City of Peoria at the Peoria City Hall – Purchasing Division: 419 Fulton St. RM 108, Peoria, IL 61602, until 2:00 p.m. on May 29, 2025. Bids shall be mailed/dropped off in a sealed envelope or package with the bid title and bid number marked on the outside. Please include your company name and return address on the outside of the envelope.
2) Electronic Option - Bids can also be submitted electronically through BidNet. Only onecopy is needed. Please see Electronic Bid Submission Guidelines attached separately for additional information and instructions.

RFPs received after the stated date and time will not be considered. Faxed RFPsubmittals will not be accepted. RFPs will be opened and publicly recorded immediately following the closing time set for the receipt of proposals.
