The Contract shall be awarded to each Contractor that agrees and signs the attached towing agreement without modifications.
The Police Department will contact all Contractors on City issued snow event days.
The City of Idaho Falls reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any or all proposals, to waive any informalities and irregularities in said proposals, and to accept the proposal best suited to the requirements of the City of Idaho Falls.
