25RFP1393173C-MH - Janitorial Services for Govt Center (A) and Justice Center (B) FY26

DREAM is requesting a new RFP solicitation for for Janitorial Services for Fulton County Government Center Complex (Group A) and Justice Center Facilities (Group B) for FY2026. The janitorial contractors shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, janitorial equipment, cleaning supplies, restroom supplies (including feminine products, soap, toilet seat covers, toilet tissue, paper towels, and other required supplies) and equipment necessary to provide the highest quality janitorial services at these County facilities which consists of two (2) separate Groups: 1. Group A (Government Center Complex) consists of 3 facilities: (The Government Center; the Public Safety Building and Health and Human Services building). 2. Group B (Justice Center Facilities) consists of six (6) facilities: ( Justice Center Tower; Carnes Justice Center Building; Lewis Slaton Fulton County Court House; Judge Romae T. Powell Juvenile Justice Center; Georgia Department of Human services and Medical Examiner’s Office) The new effective terms for this new service contract(s) will begin January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with two one-year renewal options.
