Description

To issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified vendors to comprehensively manage daily food service operations. The selected proposer will be responsible for managing all aspects of food service, including menu development, food procurement, sourcing and tracking of point-of-sale equipment, food production and service, sanitation and safety, and overall quality control. These services will be provided at various County-operated facilities, specifically four Senior Multipurpose Facilities and Training Centers. This contract will begin in January 2026.
