A pre-bid conference (mandatory) for all bidders will be held at the City Annex at 12453
Highway, Woodstock, GA 30188 on Tuesday, September 30 at 10 am. All proposers must be
present and signed in prior to the start of the pre-bid. All generator sites will be visited as a part
of this mandatory pre-bid conference. Upon arrival at each generator location, attendees will
need to initial Sign-in sheets to confirm he/she has seen all five (5) sites after leaving the Annex.
The order of the site visits will go in the following order once departure from the Annex:
Bell Park Pump Stations:
1. 6970 Main Street
2. 604 Bell Park Circle
- After these two site visits, prospective bidders can park their vehicles at 210 Bell Place,
Woodstock, GA 30188. There is limited parking within the Brookshire neighborhood at
the next generator locations.
Brookshire Pump Stations:
3. 938 Santa Anita Drive
4. 316 Ashland Court
5. 622 Wallnut Hall Trail
If prospective bidders are not able to attend the initial meeting, the City will have an alternate
meeting scheduled for Thursday, October 2nd at 2 pm at the City Annex to visit the sites of the
generators. Attendance is only required at one of the respective meetings to be considered. All
questions addressed during each meeting will be submitted in writing to Bid Net direct by the
question deadline stated above.
