Competitive Sealed Bids will be received at the City of Smyrna Purchasing Department, 2800 King Street, Smyrna, GA 30080, for the 2025 City-Wide Resurfacing Project – Phase II. All bidders must be GDOT Pre-qualified.
Bids are to be submitted to Kelly Brown, City of Smyrna Purchasing Division, no later than 10:00 AM EST, Friday, December 19, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Human Resources Conference Room at City Hall. This is a sealed bid and electronic bid submissions are not accepted.

TIME FOR COMPLETION: The contract time for Substantial Completion for the total project is 90 calendar days.
