St. Petersburg College is soliciting qualifications from Florida state-licensed contractors for the Palladium Theater at St. Petersburg College. The project consists of the renovation of the Hough Auditorium ceiling and attic, balcony overbuild, acoustic door replacement, replacement of auditorium seating, and technical back of the house spaces. The total estimated construction cost of $8,670,000.

The intent of this project is to proceed with construction based on the provided construction documents (CDs). The goal is to complete the project as specified within the scope of these documents. However, should the budget exceed the allocated amount, value engineering will be required to reduce costs by removing or modifying certain elements of the project while maintaining the overall integrity and functionality.
