Description

The Board of Directors of Seminole State College of Florida Housing Corporation, a Florida not for profit corporation (“Corporation”), located at 100 Weldon Boulevard, Sanford, Florida, in accordance with Florida Statutes 1004.70 and 287.055 is accepting sealed proposals from qualified higher education student housing developers to provide programming, financial analysis of construction and operation, design-build construction services and possible management of Student Housing. The Corporation is a direct-support organization of Seminole State College of Florida (“College”)

All General Contractors for this project have to be prequalified before bidding. The Prequalification Application is attached to this RFQ and must be received by the College separately from this solicitation by August 19th, 2019.
