24-25-37 - Design Services for the Demolition of Building G at Sandford /Lake Mary Campus

The District Board of Trustees of Seminole State College of Florida located at 100 Weldon Boulevard, Sanford, Florida, in accordance with Florida Statute 287.055 is accepting sealed, qualifications (“Statements of Qualifications”) for Professional design services for the demolition of an educational building that has been structurally compromised due to sinkhole activity. The design scope will include the demolition of the building and associated infrastructure, as well as the necessary utility modifications.
