Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual award for on-site shredding and disposal of tires collected at the two (2) waste tire collection centers, the East Pasco Transfer Station in Dade City and the West Pasco Class III Landfill in Spring Hill, Florida, where the County's recycling center and Resource Recovery Facility (RRF) are located. Tires are consolidated, chipped, and processed. The tire chips are then transported to the RRF and used for power generation.
