Description

It is the intent of Pasco County to contract with a vendor to establish a multi-year award to assist income qualifying households with the purchase of a home to reside in, or for the repair of owner-occupied housing units. The Pasco County Community Development Department is seeking a 501(c)(3) Approved Housing and Urban Development Counseling Agency (HCA) to monitor and assist qualifying households, as per specifications.
