Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to obtain the services of a licensed contractor to provide full service maintenance inspections, cleaning, testing, certification, preventative maintenance, general maintenance, reporting, pumping, call-out responses, and emergency responses of septic tanks, grease traps, and pump stations at selected locations throughout Pasco County in accordance with these specifications for the term of three years; firm price, and two (one year options) with escalation.
