It is the intent of these specifications to award a contract for repairing rotten wood under metal roofing at various sites throughout the County. All work is to be performed according to material and ASTM standards for metal roofing manufacturer’s recommendation and in accordance with these specifications. The work shall include, but not be limited to all labor, materials, accessories, supplies, tools, equipment, delivery, handling, disposal and supervision required to complete the job.
