The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) and Pasco County Library Cooperative (PCLC) are requesting competitive sealed bids for a new Koha open source Integrated Library System (ILS). The PCLC is an 8 branch library system with an active borrowing population of 82,000 patrons and 572,000 items. It has a circulation count of 2.4 million transactions per year. To be considered, vendors must demonstrate successful experience installing and implementing the requested system for organizations of similar size and circulation volume.
