Summary of Specifications:
The County is issuing this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSQ) to select a consultant for professional architectural and engineering design services for the East Pasco Transit Operation and Maintenance Facility. These services will include planning, developing biddable construction documents, specifications and plans, creating a construction cost estimate and providing construction administration. It will also include providing professional assistance during the bidding phase, bid evaluation, and assistance with the selection of a construction contractor. Services during the construction phase will include submittal review and field observations, as needed.
