RSQ-TB-17-037 - Construction Engineering and Inspections Timber Oaks Golf Course

Summary of Specifications:
The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners is requesting statements of qualifications for construction engineering and inspection services for the Timber Oaks Golf Course Regional Ponds Project. The Project involves the construction of four (4) regional retention ponds at the former Timber Oaks golf course located in the Timber Oaks subdivision in New Port Richey, FL. The construction activities involved in the project will include, among other things, gopher tortoise removal; handling managed soil; demolition of buildings and pavement; removal of existing utilities (including stormwater pipe, sanitary pipe, water pipe, and reclaimed water pipe); pond excavation; rerouting and extending existing storm sewer systems and other associated work in accordance with the County ‘s Construction Contract Documents. All offerors must be qualified and properly registered to provide professional construction engineering and inspection services as appropriate. Responses will only be considered from those firms demonstrating the expertise and experience specified in this request.
