Summary of Specifications:
Pasco County, Florida (County) is requesting proposals from qualified investment banking firms to serve the County as a senior manager or co-manager for negotiated financings in regard to their issuance of approximately $22 Million for a Courthouse Project, $34 Million to refund the Half–Cent Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2003, and $10 Million to refund the Guaranteed Entitlement Revenue Bonds, Series 2003. This assignment is for the period of January 1, 2013, through December 31, 2015. The County is interested in hiring a firm(s) with expertise in Sales Tax, Guaranteed Entitlement, or other general government or enterprise debt with the capability of selling the County’s bonds at the lowest possible interest rates. Joint proposals will not be accepted. The County expects to assemble an investment banking team within the next few months in order to execute these financings.
