RFP AP 65-25 - Public-Private Partnership (P3) Opportunity: Filling & Service Station Foy Shaw

Okaloosa County is actively seeking innovative partners for a transformative Public-Private
Partnership (P3) on a prime undeveloped parcel at the strategic intersection of Foy Shaw Parkway
and US 90 in Crestview. This Request for Proposal (RFP) invites visionary private entities to
propose a dynamic Filling and Service Station development that will capitalize on this exceptional
location and contribute to the economic vitality of our region.
We are looking for partners who can leverage their expertise, capital, and creativity to unlock the
full potential of this site, fostering economic growth and creating lasting value by “filling” a need
for Okaloosa County citizens.
Pursuant to section 255.065(14), F.S., the County has chosen to procure this P3 project utilizing
its home-rule powers and in accordance with the County’s Purchasing Manual and the terms and
conditions stated in this RFP.
