NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS
ITB PW 15-26 OKALOOSA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE DRIVER TRAINING FACILITY
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, FL, will accept bids until 3:00 PM (CST) December 10, 2025 for the construction of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Driver Training Facility ITB PW 15-26. The Project consists of construction of the 180,000 square foot driving pad for Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office training. In addition to the training pad, the project will also include 20ft wide gravel entrance and associated stormwater management facilities. The overall project size is 10 acres. The work is further defined as shown on the Plans and as described by the Contract Documents.

Unless otherwise stipulated in the bid/proposal description, all responses must be submitted using BidNet Direct only. No other means of submission of responses will be accepted. Responses will be accepted by BidNet Direct until 3:00 PM (CST) December 10, 2025, at which time all bids that are timely submitted will be opened and reviewed.
The County reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive respondent and to waive any irregularity or technicality in bids received. Okaloosa County shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting Agreement that is in its best interest and its decision shall be final.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All terms, specifications and conditions set forth in this ITB are incorporated into your response. A bid will not be accepted unless all conditions have been met.
