INVITATION TO BID: Unmanned Aircraft Systems Aerial Application Services
Indian River Mosquito Control District (District) is accepting price quotes for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) aerial application services. Please note: This bid allows for a 1-year contract with a 1-year renewal option. The duration of this agreement will be from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026, with a renewal option, contingent on satisfactory performance, for October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027.
Sealed bids must be received at the District's office located at 5655 41st Street, Vero Beach, FL 32967 by 3:00 pm, Friday, August 29, 2025.
Bids will be opened publicly on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 10:00 AM during a public meeting at the District’s office.
Awards will be announced at the IRMCD Board Meeting on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 9:00 AM at the District’s office.
Sealed bid shall be clearly marked as “ITB 2025-03: UAS Aerial Application Services” and either hand delivered Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM or mailed to the address below. Bids must comply with the conditions set for application services outlined in the bid packet.
